A poet Sora and his wife Hiro traveled around the world for 4 and a half years. Because Sora is vegan, in 2011 they came to the vegan friendly city of Vancouver. Sora started to host poetry reading events with vegan food made by Hiro. Sora asked Hiro if she could make vegan custard puddings for his poetry events. Hiro created a vegan pudding recipe that was organic and gluten-free and it was huge success! Since then, their vegan pudding has gained country wide acclaim and is now sourced across Canada.

Prepared in Quebec, Canada, with Italian tomatoes from the Striano region of Italy, near Naples. Their sauces are made with real ingredients without any preservatives or added sugar.
