True North Hemp Seeds and Hemp Oil
Grown on a farm just outside of Calgary, these products are a truly local way to get the health benefits of hemp. They are a great source of protein, vitamins and minerals. Please note that these do not contain any cannabinoids.
Why We Love Them: Hemp oil is an excellent substitute for olive and other oils, and hemp seeds can be added to virtually anything — smoothies, cereal, oatmeal, salads, avocado toast… you name it.

Granola Girl Granola
This delicious, made-in-Vancouver granola is made with healthy, fuel-up ingredients like Goji berries, sesame, pumpkin and hemp seeds and unrefined cane sugar. They’re in the process of adjusting their recipe, and new batches will be gluten and nut-free.
Why We Love It: It tastes great on its own or with some milk/mylk as a snack, but also makes a great topping on yogurt, salads, and as an ingredient in muffins and other baking. Easy!

Plain Jane Pancake and Waffle Mix
This vegan mix is packed with protein from lupin flour (legumes), iron and fibre, suitable for most dietary restrictions. NOTE people with a peanut allergy should use caution when using lupin flour, as these beans have similar allergens to peanuts.
