Black Sheep Vegan Cheeze
Make a delectable cheese plate for holiday parties with these addictive, flavourful vegan “cheeses.” that are made by a family-run business in British Columbia. Seven varieties available. Voursin and Veta are made with organic tofu; Voursin mimics the garlic herb Bourbin cheese, while Veta mimics feta. Cashew hard parm is made with, well, cashews, and it works well to grate and bake. Vrie, Vouda, and Vozzeralla (hard or soft) are made with coconut oil and almond milk. All products are also gluten-free and dairy-free. Available at Arbour Lake and 4th Street.
