Truffle Pig Chocolate
Holiday Gift Boxes (Milk Chocolate & Dark Chocolate)
Founded by Shelley Wallace in 2007, Truffle Pig takes an ethical stand to source ingredients transparently, directly, and sustainably. Their Central American cacao is grown wildly, beyond organic, without the use of fertilizers or pesticides. They chose not to ask their farmers to organic certify their farms due to the fact that they cannot afford it. Most of their farmers own two acre parcels of land which they grow food for their families including cacao. The cacao has been on their farm for centuries.
