Farm Fresh Water Buffalo Milk (2L)
Established in 2024, Peaks & Pastures is a brand new Water Buffalo ranch located near Fort Macleod, Alberta currently owned by Theo and Amanda Beijer (the founder of The Crunchy Cow) along with their 3 young daughters and a baby on the way! The farm itself was owned as a dairy in Amanda’s family for 2 previous generations before the couple took it over, converting it into a Water Buffalo dairy operation. Theo Beijer's previous experience with managing hybrid A2 milk & dairy products for his family at Crystal Springs Cheese plays a vital role in this new ranch!
The benefits of water buffalo milk are plenty compared to normal cows milk, they have: 58% more calcium, 40% more protein, 43% less cholesterol, contains A2 beta casein (more digestible than A1 found in traditional cows milk), high levels of natural antioxidant tocopherol and are a rich source of phosphorus & vitamin A.

When Shoshauna & Will Routley started Healthy Hooch Kombucha immediately after retirement, they hit the ground running, and it was the best thing they could have done. It gave them new purpose and new goals in an area that they are truly passionate about- health. Over the last 8 years they’ve moved, scaled up, started growing ingredients on their farm, producing a number of different health beverages including Söta. Söta started with the idea to be an alternative to flavoured waters. A beverage that truly sparkles. One free from sugar, sweeteners, colours, misleading ingredients but also full of beneficial and organic herbs, fruit extracts and trace minerals.

Bayside Seafood is always selectively-produced with Ocean Wise recommended seafood. The Ocean Wise Seafood label on Bayside Seafood products empowers consumers to purchase items that are sustainably harvested with limited impact on current fish stocks and the ocean’s ecosystem. Bayside Seafood items are packaged with vacuum sealed rollstock film in order to use minimal plastic. On average, rollstock film uses 40% less plastic than traditional tray packages you typically find at the grocery stores.

Organic Whole Peeled Tomatoes, Crushed Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce & Tomato Paste
Bianco Di Napoli was founded by Rob DiNapoli & Chris Bianco in 2010, their tomatoes are organically-grown and harvested in Northern California. Long summer days and fertile soil produce these very unique & delicious tomatoes. Within hours of harvest, their plum-shaped tomatoes are washed, steam-peeled and hand selected at the cannery. Each can of the original whole-peeled is packed with a touch of sea salt, organic basil then topped in its own juices. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

The Tallowed Truth
F-Balm Unscented Anti-aging Tallow Balm & Black Label (2oz), F-Balmer Peppermint Tallow Lip Balm (0.5oz) and S-Balm Tallow & Zinc Sun Lotion (2oz)
The Tallowed Truth was founded by Ben Corkery in Peterborough, Ontario. Their tallow is sourced from independent Canadian ranchers, grass-fed and grass-finished, triple purified (to minimize the beefy odour while preserving key nutrients), non-GMO and hormone free. Their F-Balm is a natural tallow balm made from beef tallow, known for its moisturizing and nourishing properties. It helps address various skin issues by providing hydration and supporting skin health. S-Balm is their newest product and is a sun block. They use non-nano zinc oxide to provide non-toxic protection from the sun, mango butter and tallow to help the product glide smoothly over your skin and give you some of the F-Balm benefits. It also has organic cold pressed olive oil, organic MCT (coconut) oil, and beeswax to help it absorb into and sooth your skin. F-Balm is safe for babies and children, but they do recommend “patch testing” with a small amount of the balm to ensure a good result before using regularly.

Founded in April 2021, Hazel's Ice Cream is the brainchild of ice cream loving family, Sam and his father, Ron Vermeulen. The idea originally started out as a scooped ice cream shop but morphed into a mobile bicycle vendor that sold hand-dipped ice cream bars! With wonderful reception in Victoria and after a season of peddling up and down Dallas Rd, they were approached to sell their ice cream bars in some local grocery stores. Since then, Hazel's Ice Cream has become a strong brand on Vancouver Island and is now available across Western Canada.

After 15 years as founder and hands-on manager of The Coup restaurant in Calgary, Dalia Kohen quickly recognized a need in the market for convenient, non-alcoholic cocktails and conversations. Trained as a health-focused vegetarian chef, she spent much of her time turning classic and familiar flavours and recipes into nutrient-dense alternatives. Her passion is gardening and foraging. Her connection to the soil, seasonality, and market demand, bloomed these beverages.
